1. Q: Can I get samples? How long do you make sample?
A: Yes, samples are available for you to check quality. 1-3days, free time and busy time to different.
2. Q: Do you have products in stock?
A: Mostly No. All products are to be produced according to your order including samples.
3. Q: What's the delivery time?
A: 1-3 days for sample, 5-8 days for MOQ. It usually takes about 25 working days to finish an order like 40HQ container. Exact delivery time to be confirmed by further communication.
4. Q: Can I order different models to be one container?
A: Surely, different models can be mixed into one container with the quantity of each model not be less than MOQ.
5. Q: How does your factory perform quality control?
A: Internal inspection adopted, including IQC(Incoming Quality Control), IPQC(Input Process Quality Control), OQC(Output Quality Control). Third party inspection is welcomed.
6. Q: Can I put my own LOGO on the products?
A: Yes. You can put your own LOGO on the products and also for the packing.
7. Q: Do you provide OEM developing services?
A: Yes, customer's OEM is welcome, we have plenty experience in OEM developing.
8. Q: How many colors are available?
A: You just send us the pantone color code you need, we will match the color accordingly or we will recommend some popular colors for your kindly reference.
9. Q: What's your warranty terms?
A: Different warranty for different products. Contact with us for detailed warranty terms.
10. Q: Will you deliver the right goods as ordered? How can I trust you?
A: Surely, you will receive the goods as confirmed. We are looking for long term business instead of one time business. Mutual trust and double wins are what we expect.
11. Q: Can we use our own shipping agent?
A: Yes, you can. We had cooperate with many forwarders. If you need, we can recommend some forwarders to you and you can compare the price and service.
